Here's the deal on returns—we've made it refreshingly straightforward:
If your BATCH product doesn't deliver the experience you hoped for, just visit our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery, and we'll refund you without the typical runaround. We might ask you to send the product back, but don't sweat the shipping costs—that's on us.
After those 30 days pass, we can't offer refunds or exchanges. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase when you contact us, but that's about as complicated as we make it.
Why keep it so simple? Because life's already complex enough, and your wellness routine shouldn't add to that complexity. That's just how we do things at BATCH—no fine print, just straightforward solutions. Refunds are not allowed for samples.
