Shipping: What to Expect

We ship every order within 1-2 business days (except weekends and holidays), with most packages arriving at your door within 3-7 business days.

Like everyone else on the planet, we occasionally deal with staff shortages and USPS delays that can slow things down. During high-volume periods (like our 4/20 and Black Friday sales), your order might take a few extra days to process. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out directly via email or phone to keep you in the loop.

Quick note on addresses: double-check that yours is correct at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, we may not be able to replace or re-ship your order. We also reserve the right to cancel a shipment or payment if certain circumstances arise.
