Having an issue with your order? We've got your back. Check our Returns Portal HERE, and we'll make it right. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
Shipping
We ship all online orders via USPS, with most packages arriving within 7 business days. Quick heads up: if you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we may not be able to replace or re-ship your order. We also reserve the right to cancel a shipment or payment if certain circumstances arise.
Coupons
Want to use a coupon? Be sure to enter it in the discount code field before completing checkout. We can't always apply coupons after purchase, so double-check before hitting that "Place Order" button.
Returns
We stand behind our products—all full-sized items qualify for a complete refund if you request a return within 30 days of your order date (you will have to visit our Portal to do so!). Don't worry about the shipping cost, we'll cover it! After 30 days, we can't issue refunds (no exceptions). Free samples aren't eligible for returns, refunds, or up-sizes.
