Want to use a coupon? We've made it simple. Just enter your code in the designated area before completing your checkout.

Unfortunately, we can't apply coupons after your purchase is complete, but don't worry—you can always save that code for your next BATCH order. Additionally, most (but not all!) codes can be applied to any existing subscription in the customer portal. All codes are one use per customer.

A few quick notes about gift cards:

• They can't be refunded for cash 
• Contact Customer Support if you'd like your gift card applied to an existing subscription
• We can't replace lost or stolen cards, so keep them safe
• Gift cards can't be used for free samples or free bundles
• Shopping with us means you're agreeing to these straightforward terms
