Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you a confirmation email right away. In the same message, we'll let you know if your refund is approved (spoiler alert: if you're within the 30-day window, it almost always is).

Approved refunds are processed immediately, with the credit automatically applied to your original payment method. The funds typically appear back in your account within a few business days, though exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company.
