If your BATCH product doesn't deliver the experience you hoped for, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we'll refund you without the typical runaround. We might ask you to send the product back, but don't sweat the shipping costs—that's on us.

After those 30 days pass, we can't offer refunds or exchanges. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase when you contact us, but that's about as complicated as we make it.

Why keep it so simple? Because life's already complex enough, and your wellness routine shouldn't add to that complexity. That's just how we do things at BATCH—no fine print, just straightforward solutions. Refunds are not allowed for samples.
